To make this pie you need 5 large apples,  just about  1 kilo, 4 large eggs, at room temperature, 1 cup of  sugar, 1 cup of  flour, a pinch of vanillin powder and  a little bit of butter, to butter the pan.

 First of all peel and slice the apples. Then, preheat the oven to 180C.

Butter the pan. Put the apples into the pan. You do not have to arrange them accurately. Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar well.

The more you beat, the more the cake will rise and the softer it will be. Add a pinch of  vanillin powder and flour.

Mix well until the batter (жидкое тесто) is made.

 Then, pour the batter all over the apples, to cover well.  Do not mix.

Put it in the preheated oven and bake in the middle of the oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until the top is golden.
